The Site is operated by CooperZadeh, LLC and its operating units Camden Homes and CooperZadeh Management, LLC (CZPM) ("CooperZadeh," "we," "us").

Ownership and intellectual property. The Site, including its content, design, logos, and marks, is the property of CooperZadeh or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. No intellectual-property rights are granted by your use of the Site. You may not reproduce, republish, use, or modify Site content without our express written consent.

Informational purpose; no advice. Site content is for general informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, tax, investment, or professional advice. Home availability, pricing, floor plans, community details, and promotions are subject to change without notice and do not constitute an offer or a binding commitment. Any sale or lease is governed solely by a separate written agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CooperZadeh, its affiliates, and their representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

Eligibility. The Site may not be used by persons under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

Accounts and credentials. Some features require an account and log-in credentials (for example, the resident portal). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Do not share your credentials, and use a unique password. We may suspend or cancel accounts at any time. Notify us immediately if you suspect your credentials have been compromised.

Third-party links. The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for; linking is not an endorsement.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas for any dispute, except where prohibited by law.
