We charge monthly pet rent of up to $40 per pet, plus an initial fee or deposit of $325.*

Breed Restrictions

As a safety precaution for our neighborhoods, certain dog breeds are restricted. Please ask your leasing specialist for qualification requirements.

No, we do not have a pet registration program.

What are CooperZadeh’s dog breed restrictions?

Any dog with a bit/aggression history is not allowed. Certain breeds and large dogs may also be restricted. Please check with your leasing specialist for more details.

What documentation is required to request my pet be treated as a service animal?

Standard service animal documentation is required.

Where can I access the Reasonable/Accommodation Request Form?

Is there a limit on the number of pets per home?
