We charge monthly pet rent of $20 per pet, plus a non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet.

We do not restrict pets by breed. However, all residents with pets are required to carry animal/canine liability insurance.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, We allow dogs and cats only.

Do I need to register my pet?

All pets and animals must be disclosed on the application and pre-approved beforeentering the property. Pet applications are reviewed and approved through our third-party screeningservice, PetScreening.

What are CooperZadeh’s dog breed restrictions?

None. We do not restrict pets by breed. However, all residents with pets arerequired to carry animal/canine liability insurance of $100,000, in addition to the required renter'sinsurance policy of $300,000. This coverage may be included in your renter's insurance policy, oryou may purchase a separate, stand-alone policy.

What documentation is required to request my pet be treated as a service animal?

Assistance animals must still be processed through PetScreening, with theappropriate documentation submitted to qualify for ESA or support-animal status.

Where can I access the Reasonable/Accommodation Request Form?

Your leasing specialist will be able to provide all necessary forms.

Is there a limit on the number of pets per home?

Yes, A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per household.
